Barnett & Lerner, P.A.’s primary office is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, however, the firm has represented injured worker’s throughout the United States, whether covered under the Defense Base Act, Longshore and Harbor Worker’s Act or Jones Act, since the federal laws apply uniformly throughout the Untied States for these various areas.
